to establish sustainable approaches for the conservation of
the endangered and precious biodiversity and ecosystems of
Sabah
BBEC
is five years programme implemented by the Sabah State Government
agencies and Universiti Malaysia Sabah and assisted by JICA
(Japan International Cooperation Agency)
